I don’t have Foxtel and never will. It is an outdated medium and it’s owned by Chief Arsehole Murdoch. Plus the salesmen are worse than JW’s, the pushy kents. I once saw a van pull up and disgorge half a dozen similarly dressed kents ready to hit our suburb, then a beefy looking door-to-door salesman tried their factory trained spiel on me and I politely said “not interested thx”. The prick got all shirty and said “do you mind telling me why?”. So I said “do you understand the fucking meaning of the fucking word no?” and shut the door in his face. God that felt good !

I got it just for my gf, but I never use it. It’s so expensive and the programming is just garbage – a few good things here and there, for which you usually have to fork out for one of the extra bundles. Just look at the quantity and quality of stuff the UK and USA get with their cable/satellite offerings, and weep.. or just stream stuff I s’pose 😀
