When i try to connect to the server it says server disconnected unpure client detected invailid .PK3 files referenced need help.

Are you on a Mac? If yes, then you’ll get this now, as the latest etpubclient does not have Mac support, and the server is set to be pure.

Yes i am on mac so you are basically saying i cant play at all on the server

With the current settings, unfortunately that is the case, yes. If there are enough people effected that could likely get changed (I’m a Mac user myself, so I’m certainly pushing for it).
