use :
seta cl_packetdup 0
seta rate 10000
and
seta cl_maxpackets 15 (if server allows)
reason: the less your capped connect is flooded the better it will be for u.
it helps! not great better than nothing tho.

cheers cajun, Im capped for half of every month usually so now i wont always d/c 😀

most servers will kick you for maxpackets under 30, OZ does, so does GA.
